Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 per year

The successful candidate will oversee all stages of project life cycles, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. • Oversee all stages of project life cycles, from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Develop and implement project schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise on‑site construction activities, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process, minimizing impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Regularly review and update project schedules, providing updates to stakeholders on project progress and any changes to the schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work is being carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in scheduling, with the ability to develop and implement effective project schedules.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage.
