Scale Construction is growing and looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area. This is an opportunity to join a respected, family-owned construction company with a strong reputation for safety, quality, and delivering projects on time.
What You'll Do- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact performance
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven success managing commercial or industrial ground-up projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, estimating, contracts, and field operations
- Experience leading projects independently from start to finish
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- OSHA 10 preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- A professional that can lead teams to successfully complete multiple ongoing projects
- $110,000 - $160,000 base salary DOE
