Project Superintendent- LOCAL Chicago Projects

$130,000–$165,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on local projects only—no travel required. The company has a strong backlog of work and delivers a variety of commercial and industrial projects ranging from $10M–$50M.

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and communicate project updates.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals while resolving field issues proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or ground-up construction projects.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

• $140,000–$165,000 base salary (DOE)
