Flowtec Construction is seeking a Project Manager for retail interiors & renovations in the Chicago Suburbs, On-Site. Lead multiple tenant improvement and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing schedules, budgets and execution plans while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and field teams.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience with a commercial GC, a related degree, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.
