Document, memorialize, and drive implementation of best practices and lessons learned within the department, with an emphasis on change management and training.

Ensure comprehensive record keeping for each project by adhering to company document management policies and procedures.

Oversee and manage regulatory requirements that support construction tax benefits, including but not limited to Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship, Davis-Bacon Act, and Local and Domestic Content compliance.

Maintain strong, professional relationships with contractors, third-party consultants, and internal stakeholders to support effective compliance execution.

Review and evaluate draft contracts and proposals to ensure appropriate compliance language is included, and provide clear edits and feedback to internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.

Implement and manage document control processes to ensure compliance-related documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.

Partner with Senior leaders in the department and across the organization to develop and implement complex initiatives related to construction compliance.

Provide support and guidance to junior team members on their compliance-related initiatives and projects.

Conduct regular audits of internal processes to verify adherence to compliance requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Serve as a go-to resource for new team members as they onboard into the department, providing guidance on construction compliance practices and systems.

Provide training and support to internal stakeholders and leaders on compliance requirements, best practices, and process expectations, acting as a subject matter expert on construction compliance topics.

Set up and maintain projects within the construction project management system, ensuring data integrity and alignment with compliance requirements.

Create and generate reports, analyze compliance-related data, identify potential issues or trends, and propose practical solutions to Project Managers and other stakeholders.

Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination with other departments to ensure integrated and consistent compliance practices across projects.
