Jobot is seeking a Junior Estimator to support multifamily developments from our Chicago office. You will assist in preparing conceptual and detailed project estimates and perform quantity takeoffs from plans, specs, and early design documents.
The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in estimating, construction, or project engineering, a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE or related field, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with development, preconstruction, and operations teams.
