Responsibilities include managing cost planning, procurement strategy, change management, and commercial governance across various work streams. The individual will develop estimates, reconcile costs with project teams, and provide commercial input for design and engineering decisions.

Additionally, the position requires maintaining risk registers, producing monthly cost reports, and ensuring adherence to internal business management systems. The role also entails mentoring junior staff and supporting account growth through stakeholder engagement.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field, with an advanced degree considered a plus. A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in cost management or project controls is required, specifically regarding complex projects. Proficiency in industry-standard cost tools and strong communication skills are necessary for client-facing duties. RICS accreditation is strongly preferred, as is prior experience with data center or mission-critical projects.
