The individual will coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform. Responsibilities include implementing project planning and scheduling strategies while ensuring the integration of contractor schedules. The position requires performing critical path and probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules.

Additionally, the role entails preparing staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports for the project team.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three to five years of applicable experience is required. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the development, preparation, review, and baselining of project schedules, specifically including critical path analysis.

Experience with scheduling and risk analysis software, such as Primavera P6, is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required for this position.
