Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize field construction activities across the company’s EPC portfolio.
- Guide individual site leadership personnel to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
- Ensure alignment with engineering, procurement, and project management.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local building codes.
- Assist in construction estimates and coordination of large field projects.
- Monitor productivity and implement improvements where needed.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Construction Management Degree, or equivalent field experience
- 15+ years of field experience, including 10 years as a project superintendent
- Proven experience leading a team for an EPC company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ACC, Bluebeam, Accubid preferred
- Must be able to lead and manage teams effectively.
