Unlike a traditional General Contractor, this is a fully integrated organization with development, design, and construction all under one roof. That means faster decision‑making, stronger collaboration, and a more streamlined project delivery process from concept through completion.

As a Superintendent, you will lead the field operations on local Chicagoland projects with no travel required, primarily focusing on ground‑up multifamily and high‑rise developments, along with other signature mixed‑use projects.

• Lead daily field operations from project startup through turnover
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and quality control
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
• Partner closely with Project Managers, in‑house design teams, and development teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners

• Superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Developer
• Ground‑up multifamily or high‑rise experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage project schedules
• Strong communication and leadership skills
