Primavera P6 Scheduler

CMC Project Solutions is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support the construction of a large-scale, mission-critical facility for one of our clients.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment, partnering with project teams to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules that drive successful project delivery.

This position has an immediate need and is expected to start as soon as possible. The role is primarily onsite, with the possibility of 3 to 4 days per week onsite depending on project needs.

Compensation: $100 to $145 per hour, with higher rates considered for exceptional experience.

• Develop, maintain, and update Primavera P6 project schedules.
• Perform critical path and schedule performance analysis.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare schedule updates and progress reports for project leadership.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Support schedule recovery planning and forecasting.
• Participate in project planning and schedule review meetings.

• Demonstrated experience using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting large construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative project environment.

• Experience working for a general contractor or EPC organization.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Primarily onsite (typically 3 to 4 days per week).
• Candidates willing to relocate are preferred.
• Travel may be considered for select opportunities.
• Primarily contract positions.
