The individual will interpret construction plans and contract documents while assessing schedule logic and forecasts for accuracy. Responsibilities include managing work breakdown structures, cost-loading, and resource-loading for various projects. The position requires monitoring critical path activities and identifying potential schedule risks to develop mitigation strategies.

Additionally, the role entails preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate schedule performance to stakeholders.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required, along with strong communication skills for managing complex scheduling information. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, as well as four or more years of construction experience.

Knowledge of transportation and building scopes of work, along with experience in cost estimation and Microsoft Projects, is considered beneficial.
