About the RoleWe're looking for a Junior Project Engineer / Job Superintendent to support commercial construction projects from the field. You'll work alongside project managers and subcontractors to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily field activities and subcontractor work.
- Monitor project schedules and assist with progress tracking.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Review drawings and identify potential field issues.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support site logistics, safety, and material coordination.
- Communicate project updates and assist with cost and schedule control.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of construction, project engineering, or field supervision experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar construction management software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
