Renewyx are working with a growing General contractor in Chicago who need a Superintendent to support renovations throughout an occupied High‑Rise.
You'd be running the show on a live building supporting remodels of 10 units a month ensuring you are keeping trades on schedule and residents in the loop while life carries on around the work.
- You've run Superintendent duties on residential renovation work before
- You can juggle a phased turnover schedule without missing a beat
- You keep trades coordinated and the site safe
- You've worked an occupied or live building before
- You've got high rise or vertical construction under your belt
- From $90k
- Permanent, this is a long term seat
- On-site in Chicago
