We’re looking for an Electrical Estimator who doesn’t just crunch numbers, but strategizes, influences, and drives the work we win. You’ll be at the center of major commercial and industrial builds - turning plans into precise, competitive, and profitable estimates that set our field teams up for success.

What You’ll Own:

• Full estimating responsibility for ground‑up commercial buildings, hospitals, medical campuses, tenant improvements, and major renovations.
• Deep‑dive takeoffs for lighting, power, distribution, gear, feeders, branch, and specialty systems.
• Review drawings, specs, addenda, and RFIs to build complete, accurate, and competitive scopes.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and field leaders to validate labor, constructability, and production rates.
• Work directly with vendors and subs to secure sharp pricing and complete scopes.
• Support a clean, organized handoff to operations so the field team hits the ground running.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience with a commercial electrical contractor
• Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, installation methods, and construction sequencing
• Experience estimating ground up commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, Con Est, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple bids without losing accuracy or momentum
• A detail‑driven mindset and a passion for building things the right way
