Project Manager, Estimator, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Estimator / Project Manager | Greater Chicago, IL Role Responsibilities

My client is searching for an Estimator/Project Manager with a strong command of both estimating and project management within the commercial drywall and interior construction industry. The right candidate will be responsible for building competitive bid packages and managing projects from initial estimate through final closeout. Responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Solid background in commercial drywall estimating and project management
• Hands on knowledge of metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, and insulation scopes
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, project schedules, and specification sheets
• Strong communication skills with general contractors, owners, and field teams
• Ability to manage multiple active bids and projects simultaneously
• Union experience is a plus
