Sr. Project Manager - Ground Up Construction

Redpath Partners is working with a well-established owner-developer that is delivering one of the Chicago area's most exciting ground-up hospitality and entertainment projects. They're looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the project from preconstruction through completion.

This person will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of the project, managing budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and client relationships. Experience delivering large-scale hospitality, casino, entertainment, mixed-use, or similarly complex commercial developments would be a strong fit.

• Manage all phases of construction from project startup to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Lead subcontractor procurement and coordination
• Oversee project controls, cost forecasting, and reporting
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and ownership groups
• Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards
• Lead project meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• 5+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
• Experience managing large subcontractor teams

• Hospitality or hotel development experience
• Design-build project delivery experience
