Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of project/construction management experience.
- 10+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems.
- Experience with TI, Make Ready and Cap Ex projects and procurement.
- Leadership and team development
- Financial and analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS Office; MRI/Nexus/Ariba preferred
Compensation Data
The annual base compensation range for this role sits between: $160,000 - $175,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role pensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, relevant skills, training and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
In addition to salary and a competitive employee benefits package, candidates may also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
