We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project success, including client satisfaction, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and project performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and project documentation.
Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards.
Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to a positive project experience.
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale commercial projects preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Working knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and project controls.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Primavera.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Location This position requires occasional travel to project sites. When not on the jobsite, employees are expected to work from Chicago.
