The Opportunity Moody Bible Institute (MBI) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of capital improvement, renovation, and construction projects across campus. Reporting to the Director of Planning and Construction, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
This role serves as the primary point of coordination among internal stakeholders and external project partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with institutional objectives. The successful candidate will bring strong project leadership, financial stewardship, and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality facilities that support Moody's educational mission.

Top Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in commercial construction, renovation, or capital project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in active, occupied environments.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Working knowledge of applicable national, state, and local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with campus, institutional, higher education, healthcare, or mission-based facility projects.
- Experience in space planning and familiarity with CAD software.
- Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Experience with contractor procurement, estimating, project accounting, and value engineering.
- Familiarity with classroom, conference room, and workplace technology infrastructure.
Work Environment Candidates must demonstrate alignment with Moody Bible Institute's mission, doctrinal beliefs, and Christian values. Employees are required to affirm Moody's Statement of Faith and adhere to Community Standards. This position is based on Moody Bible Institute's campus and requires a combination of office and field work. The Construction Project Manager will regularly visit active construction sites and occupied facilities.
