We're seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex commercial development projects from site selection through construction and occupancy.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5–15+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor or real estate developer
- Experience leading Design-Build and Build-to-Suit projects
- Strong knowledge of due diligence, design, permitting, budgeting, and construction management
- Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, and client relationships throughout the development process
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Finance, or a related field
This is an opportunity to work directly with clients, manage high-profile commercial developments, and oversee projects from concept through completion while collaborating with industry-leading design and construction professionals.
