This is a role for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to be in the middle of the action. Financial & Contract Support: Support the Project Manager with owner/subcontractor change orders, change order logs, contingency tracking, and reviewing subcontractor invoices and monthly pay applications in Sage 100.

Meeting & Site Support: Attend all project kick-off, trade partner, and safety meetings; track meeting minutes; support quality control efforts alongside the Superintendent; and participate in final punch walks to drive items to completion.
