We’re looking for someone with a strong, practical OSP fiber construction background to take a lead role supporting a significant FTTH construction programme in Northern Illinois.
Key experience we’re looking for:
- FTTH/FTTx and OSP construction
- Underground construction and directional drilling/HDD
- Managing multiple contractors and construction crews
- Daily production and footage tracking
- Schedule and budget management
- Permitting, ROW and utility/811 coordination
- QA/QC, restoration and construction closeout
- Redlines/as-builts and field documentation
- Customer-facing construction management and reporting
A strong OSP Construction Supervisor, Superintendent or Field Construction Manager who has actually managed crews and delivered fibre builds would be a great background for this role.
This position will be predominantly field-based across the Chicagoland/Northern Illinois area, with wider responsibility across our US telecom infrastructure programmes as required.
