Construction Superintendent – Lead High-Impact Federal Prime Contracting Projects

You will serve as a pivotal field leader, managing high-stakes federal projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million. This role empowers you to uphold rigorous quality and safety standards for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that prioritizes mission-driven service.

Direct all daily field operations for prime federal contracts to ensure project milestones are met on time. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards required by USACE and OSHA. Coordinate complex logistics and subcontractor schedules to maintain high-efficiency project delivery. Maintain precise digital documentation using MS Office and specialized construction management software. Resolve technical on-site issues immediately to prevent delays in government project timelines.

Mentor junior staff through the proprietary Center for Excellence to foster professional growth.

Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising projects for a Prime Federal Contractor. Recent OSHA 30-hour certification (within the last 5 years). Current U.S.A.C.E. Construction Quality Control for Contractors certification. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and construction-related software. Proven history of managing project values between $2,000,000 and $20,000,000.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in mentoring field teams and promoting a culture of excellence. Advanced technical knowledge of federal building codes and specialized government installations.
