Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Support Project Managers in preparing bid packages, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor agreements
- Review construction drawings, RFI submissions, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project communication
- Monitor project progress, document changes, and assist in tracking costs and schedules
- Attend job site meetings and assist in resolving field-related issues
- Support the closeout process including punch list completion, warranty documentation, and final turnover
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction or relevant internships/co-op programs
- Familiarity with construction documentation, project management tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
