Digital Event Coordinator

What You’ll Do- Coordinate and execute digital and hybrid events, including webinars, virtual events, and live broadcasts hosted through ON24 and related platforms.
- Manage all pre‑event, live, and post‑event logistics including speaker preparation, technical setup, branding consistency, and quality assurance.
- Serve as an on‑camera moderator or host for select sessions, representing ZS with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
- Conduct light video editing and post‑production tasks, including trimming recordings, adding visuals, and preparing sessions for on‑demand access.
- Collaborate with global marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align event content and objectives with broader marketing strategies.
- Monitor event performance and provide insights through reporting and analytics to inform future initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of emerging digital event technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve audience engagement and event execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, event production, or virtual event management.
- Proficiency with ON24 or similar digital event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, Vimeo, Hopin).
- Experience with basic video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Rush, iMovie, or Canva.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting on camera.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in English.
- Client‑first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative spirit, and problem‑solving approach.
ZS is committed to a flexible and connected way of working. ZSers are onsite at clients or ZS offices three days a week and may work remotely two days a week. The culture thrives on face‑to‑face connections, both planned and spontaneous.
TravelClient‑facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed to strengthen relationships and enhance professional growth.
