Senior Designer | FUEL

Senior Designers on the FUEL team have experience in a broad range of digital media including, but not limited to: design, photography, video, animation, and illustration – for emails, web content, & social media. In this position, you'll focus on producing work that fuels your brand every single day. And you'll be surrounded by a team that's just as passionate about creating individual touch points for consumers.

• Concepting and creating original content for social media, email, web, paid ads and more in the digital space.
• Talent to inspire clients and team members with great design craft and visual storytelling.
• Partner with copywriters to bring ideas and solutions.
• Lead on-site social productions locally and travel for shoots on location.
• Develop creative strategies and ideas that are culturally relevant.
• Develop original visual concepts.
• Receive and apply feedback from reviews both internal and with clients.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
• Own projects through revisions and versions.
• Good client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client's challenge.
• Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day.

• 3+ years experience in design
• A strong aesthetic sense and excellent attention to detail; solid design work and the samples to show for it.
• Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion.
• Experience with designing in digital and social platforms.
• Good communication skills in fast-paced workload, attention to detail, able to meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio reflecting digital content experience.
• Basic motion design / animation skills.
• Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills.
• Confidence in directing talent on productions to execute social concepts.
• The ability to follow direction, and give and take constructive criticism; an aptitude for time management, organization, and communication.
• The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner.
• A basic understanding of UI/UX and an interest in the big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations
