  • Worship Arts Leadership:
Oversee the leadership team in all aspects of worship arts, including music, drama, and dance, while collaborating on aspects of multimedia and visual arts for services, special services, ministry events, and other church events. Collaborate and coordinate with the worship teams, musicians, vocalists, and technical teams (e.g., sound, lighting, video) to create cohesive and impactful worship experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and worship leaders to ensure worship services align with the church's mission, vision, and theological teaching. Collaborate with other ministries (children’s ministry, teen ministry, small groups) to integrate creative arts into all areas of church life and establish a Creative Arts Department within the youth division. Partner with local artists and community members to create outreach opportunities through the arts that build relationships and impact the local community.
  • Collaboration with Pastoral & Ministry Teams:
Work closely with the lead pastors, worship leaders, and other ministry directors to ensure alignment of the creative arts ministry with the church’s overall vision and sermon series. Participate in planning meetings to incorporate creative elements that enhance sermon messages, themes, and church initiatives. Be a spiritual leader and a model of Christ-like leadership, demonstrating integrity, humility, and love for the church body.
