• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Creative Directors, and Producers to interpret creative direction and ensure visual consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Prepare and deliver final assets optimized for various formats, resolutions, and platforms.

• 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial and advertising work.
• Prior experience working in an advertising or creative agency environment required.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, and image quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sensibility.
