About the role:

OLIVER is looking for a Producer to work on our alcohol brand focusing on Digital, Social, and OLV production.

The Producer is the executional partner to the Engagement Team Lead, helping make content plans come to life across a range of creators. The Producer connects business need, the social calendar, and content creators to ensure the right work is done in the right place, resulting in world‑class assets, and efficiencies that come from having a view into broad organizational requirements.

The ideal candidate has worked across all media types – video, photography, animation, live‑action events – and is adept at identifying and organising the diverse partners required to successfully capture excellent “social‑first” content. Proactive problem‑solving, negotiation skills, and the ability to balance multiple, competing priorities are the hallmarks of the Producer; they should possess a genuine love of collaboration and navigating complex environments, and identifying production possibilities (from content formats to internal and external/3rd‑party supplier candidates).

The ideal candidate takes responsibility for every aspect of delivering successful assets, from pre‑production planning through to final content, demonstrating the highest standard of accountability and ethics in business dealings with service providers.

What you will be doing:
  • Maintaining a holistic and hands‑on approach to production management – setting, maintaining, and communicating all milestones from content strategy and calendarisation to production planning, creative development, and execution, identifying roadblocks and proactively managing expectations with client stakeholders.
  • Deeply rooted in the creative process, able to anticipate when trade‑offs should be made, able to clearly communicate goals and risks to project partners and the team.
  • Establish and coordinate executional teams, planning requirements, and coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget and scope, with multiple partners.
  • Open jobs, produce estimates, and PO’s while overseeing billing and reconciliation.
  • Provide performance reporting.
  • Ensures projects are delivered in scope for assigned brands.
  • Comfortable with scope‑based projects, and discussing/backing them into budgets with client.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • Successful candidates will possess a passion for creating content that engages social communities, in service of the brand’s objectives for their social audiences.
  • Self‑directed, hands‑on implementer – an excellent teammate who brings creative problem‑solving, organization, and process best practices to every project.
  • Effectively partners cross‑functionally with all levels of management, building trust and rapport to support business growth strategies and marketing initiatives on a diverse range of creative projects.
  • Invested in the vision of the project, just as much as the planning and process management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4–6 years of creative production experience for an Agency and/or internal Brand Marketing team.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment, energized by new challenges.
  • Extensive experience with photography, videography, and animation/illustration/motion graphics deliverables.
  • Experience with live‑action video and editing.
  • Outstanding organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing external production vendors.
