We are looking for a motivated and versatile Technical Writer/Editor to join our team. This entry-level role is for someone with up to three years of experience who is passionate about clear communication, multimedia editing, and instructional design. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation and training materials that support our products, services, and internal processes.
In this dynamic role, you will work across multiple platforms to refine written content, edit learning videos, and publish knowledge base articles that empower our internal and external audiences. You will also manage documentation workflows and help ensure our training materials are accurate, engaging, and easy to use. Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in technical writing, editing, or multimedia content development
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Experience posting and managing content on Skilljar or other learning management systems (LMS)
- Basic graphic editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-based audio editing tools (Descript, Adobe Podcast, or similar)
- Experience working with or willingness to learn XWiki markup and platform conventions
- Experience creating and managing content within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with authors and subject matter experts to clarify and refine content
- Understanding of content lifecycle management, version control, and archiving best practices
- Familiarity with creating SharePoint sites and organizing content for internal documentation
- Experience with chatbot prompting, as well as editing and verifying chatbot-generated answers for accuracy and tone
- Familiarity with SEO principles for optimizing help articles' visibility
- Expertise in applying the Chicago Manual of Style and APA formatting rules to various document types
- Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies
- Bonus:
Understanding of Microsoft Power Automate (Flows) for documentation approval workflows
