Senior Web Designer

• Collaborate with UX and brand teams to ensure seamless integration of brand identity into web design.
• Design and produce high-fidelity web assets including landing pages, banners, and interactive components.
• Ensure web designs scale and optimize across various display sizes, partnering with development teams for technical feasibility.
• Champion inclusive and accessible web design by adhering to accessibility standards.
• Lead the optimization and resizing of image assets to enhance web performance.
• Organize and maintain digital asset management to ensure accessibility and up-to-date documentation.

• Extensive experience in web or UI design within dynamic environments, showcasing precision and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in web optimization and knowledge of design-to-code translation.
• Expert use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with a portfolio reflecting high-end web, graphic design, and typography mastery.
• Outstanding communication skills for articulating design concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience with project management tools like Jira and familiarity with platforms such as zeroheight or Storybook.
• Skill in designing or building pages for third-party event platforms like Zuddl.
• Experience working within enterprise-level brands and proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager’s DAM.

The pay range for this role is $39 - $75 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
