Program / Project Manager, General Management
The Project Manager leads creative and production-driven projects from kickoff through delivery, serving as the primary client contact and internal coordinator. This role ensures alignment across scope, schedule, and budget while driving high-quality creative outcomes in a fast-paced agency environment. Projects range from individual renderings to comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating strategic goals into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with internal Studio team leads to define project plans, milestones, and resource needs.
- Own project schedules and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Track budgets and direct costs, identifying variances and managing scope changes and addendums in collaboration with Sales.
- Facilitate weekly Studio production meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across internal Studio teams and external client stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in a creative or production-focused agency.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects from kickoff through delivery.
- Experience tracking project budgets and escalating risks or variances to senior leadership.
- Comfortable managing client expectations and navigating scope, timeline, and budget tradeoffs when necessary.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams across creative/production.
- Familiarity with creative review cycles, internal critiques, and production approvals across design, 3D visualization, film, or interactive work.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
- Comfortable presenting both internally and with clients.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong track record of driving projects to completion.
- Comfortable leading internal production meetings and managing day‑to‑day client communications.
- Experienced in collaborating with creative, production, and technical teams to bring work from concept through delivery.
- Confident in managing multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment setting.
- Proactive in identifying risks, managing scope, and proposing clear next steps or solutions.
- Calm, professional, and positive under pressure, with a good sense of humor and a collaborative mindset.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
