Overview

We're looking for an Experience Design intern to create beautiful, easy to use, compelling digital experiences that people love. You will think about multiple channels, from websites to apps to physical spaces…to lots of things that probably don't exist yet. You will help develop concepts and produce quality designs and prototypes and be part of an outstanding team of experts that do the same.

Responsibilities

Overview of a day in the life:

* Sketch and design digital experiences

* Inform motion design of interactive experiences

* Storyboard complex interactions

* Communicate and articulate design rationales

* Partner with other great people doing great work

* Learning whatever skill it takes to deliver something incredible

Qualifications

Traits and skills we're looking for:

* An obsession with all things user experience, including skills in UX/UI and visual design

* Basic motion design and / or prototyping ability

* An appreciation for how things like typography, photography and color can enhance an experience

* An interest in learning the ins and outs of design systems and interaction design

* A portfolio full of ideas you can't wait to share

* Endless curiosity and a desire to brainstorm, sketch and try new things

* A negative reaction to seeing bad design or finding something difficult to use

* To be considered, candidates will need to submit a YOUnicorn Brief as part of the application. Briefs should be no more than 60 seconds.

* Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL
· E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
