** Role Overview
** We’re looking for a
** Junior Graphic Designer / Art Director
** with a passion for both
** conceptual thinking and strong design execution
** to join Edelman’s creative team in Italy. This role suits someone who is
** visually curious, hands-on, and comfortable taking ideas from concept to final craft**.You’ll be part of a
** small, fast-paced creative team**, working closely with local and EMEA colleagues to deliver
** 360° campaigns**,
** digital and social content**, and
** brand identity work
** for clients across
** Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Beauty & Personal Care**, and Tech sectors.##
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Conceptualize and execute
** creative ideas across a range of platforms: social, digital, OOH, print, and brand identity.
* Actively participate in the
** ideation process**, helping shape campaign ideas, art direction, and visual storytelling.
* Develop and adapt
** multi-channel creative assets**, ensuring high-quality output across formats.
* Collaborate closely with
** copywriters, designers, and account teams
** throughout the creative process.
* Contribute to
** creative presentations
** and new business pitches.
* Manage
** production details and asset delivery**, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
* Stay curious and bring fresh creative energy and inspiration to the team.## ##
** Profile**
* ** 1–2 years of experience
** in a creative, advertising, or branding agency.
* Strong
** visual and conceptual thinking**, able to both imagine and make.
* Solid understanding of
** graphic design principles** (typography, composition, color).
* Mastery of
** Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and
** PowerPoint**.
* Familiarity with
** AI tools
** such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly for creative exploration.
* Basic
** video editing or motion
** skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects) are a plus.
* Experience across
** social, digital, and print
** deliverables.
* Fluent in English and Italian
* A proactive, collaborative, and positive mindset – able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.## ##
