Sr. Graphic Designer

I'm working with a major American Airline, looking to hire a Sr. Graphic Designer!

Location:

Hybrid in Chicago, IL

Contract Duration: 6 months to start, potential to extend/convert

Hourly rate: $45-50/hr

• Lead the development and execution of strategic, brand-forward creative across print, collateral, packaging, advertising, and multi-component campaigns
• Uphold and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with established design systems and guidelines
• Conceptualize and design original visual solutions including logo development, identity systems, illustrations, infographics, and campaign assets
• Drive creative from initial concept and sketch through final production handoff with strong attention to typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Leadership, Art Directors, and marketing partners

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design or related field
• 5+ years of professional design experience within an agency or large corporate environment
• Heavy brand design experience, including visual identity development and brand system execution
• Advanced typography and layout expertise
• Strong print production knowledge and experience preparing production-ready files
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Event and experiential design experience is nice to have
