What You'll DoReporting to the Manager of Studio Operations, the Staff Photographer is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand photography across marketing, sales, and product storytelling. This is a hands-on role focused on shooting and execution, partnering closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to support campaigns, launches, and always-on content.

Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To- Capture high-quality studio-based product photography and video for marketing and sales across catalogs, advertising, e-commerce, .com, social, new product launches, packaging, retail, presentations, and sales tools.
- Execute location-based photography by supporting shoot logistics, equipment setup, travel, and on-site production as needed.
- Prepare and maintain studio sets, lighting, and equipment to ensure consistent, on-brand results.
- Work from creative briefs, layouts, and shot lists to deliver photography that meets project objectives, timelines and brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product partners to align on visual approach, composition, and execution details.
- Coordinate directly with stylists, models, and talent on set to ensure smooth, efficient shoot days.
- Support overflow or specialty shoots by collaborating with external photographers and assisting with reviews and final deliverables.
- Manage assigned product samples for shoots, including organization, tracking, and coordination of returns.
- Partner with post-production teams to support retouching, color correction, and final asset delivery.
- Follow established Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows, including file naming, metadata, uploads, and archiving.
- Maintain and care for photography equipment, tools, and studio supplies, flagging issues or needs as they arise.
- Stay current on photography trends, techniques, and tools through ongoing testing and learning.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in an in‑house or agency environment.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating studio and location photography, including product, lifestyle, and talent‑led productions across multiple channels.
- Experience capturing motion and video content alongside still photography; ability to shoot short‑form, social‑ready, and product‑focused video assets is highly recommended.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, lighting, composition, and end‑to‑end production workflows for both still and motion content.
- High level of technical proficiency in studio and location shooting, including lighting setups, camera systems, and on‑set execution.
