About the Role

We're looking for a creative powerhouse to join The Collective at BCD Meetings & Events as a Senior Experience Designer! You'll dream up unforgettable event experiences that wow audiences, meet client goals, and spark brand love. From exhibits to conferences to permanent installations, you'll craft journeys that captivate from start to finish. If you love blending strategy, design, and innovation to make moments truly matter – this is your stage.

You're

Good At
  • Translating business objectives into impactful event and engagement strategies.
  • Designing 2D and 3D environments that bring concepts to life.
  • Creating captivating presentations and storytelling to inspire clients.
  • Collaborating across creative, sales, and operations to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Staying ahead of event trends and applying fresh ideas to client experiences.
You Might Also Have
  • A portfolio showcasing event, exhibit, or incentive travel design work.
  • Expertise in tools like 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of environmental graphics, consumer engagement, and digital media.
  • Familiarity with event production elements like AV, lighting, and staging.
  • A degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, Marketing, or Fine Arts.
You Should Know
  • This role requires up to 50% travel annually.
  • The team operates on Eastern or Central Standard business hours (schedule flexibility is a must).

Travel requirements for this role are as follows: 25% to 50%.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Experience Designer - The Collective is between $64,000 - $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
