Pay Rate: $50–$63/hour depending on experience

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager (Consultant) to serve as the primary day-to-day client partner and internal lead for creative development initiatives. This role operates at the level of an agency Account Supervisor, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality creative work from intake through final delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead client communications and build strong working relationships
• Manage creative projects from scope/timing through delivery
• Partner with Creative, Design, Motion, Copy, PM, and Operations teams
• Guide briefing, feedback, approvals, and revisions across multiple work streams
• Ensure projects stay on strategy, on scope, and on schedule
• Support development of emails, executive presentations, video/motion assets,
• collateral, graphics, and other creative deliverables

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of account management experience in a creative agency or in-house agency environment is required
• Experience managing multi-channel creative development projects is required
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills is required
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously is required
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and operational teams is required

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated or matrixed organizations
• Exposure to Generative AI tools such as OpenAI
• Understanding of creative production workflows and review cycles
