About The Position

The Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting digital and social media initiatives to enhance the organization’s online presence and engagement. The Digital Media Coordinator manages the social media calendar, assists in the development and execution of social media campaigns for the Company, the artists and productions, and Grainger Academy, and provides analytic reports on social media and website performance. This role includes capturing and curating photo and video content, supporting photoshoots, maintaining an organized media filing system and social media calendar, and updating the official Joffrey website.

Additionally, the Digital Media Coordinator assists with video editing and social media copywriting and stays informed on industry trends to keep content fresh and aligned with The Joffrey Ballet’s brand. This individual works collaboratively with and in support of the Marketing team to promote all Joffrey initiatives within the Company, Grainger Academy, and Community Engagement.
