About the TeamThe Design Group is powered by a large, dynamic and multiskilled team of designers. They work on both packaging design refreshes and redesigns, new product innovations, category and line extensions, and brand systems. Projects span from one‑off initiatives to large‑scale private brand programs for clients across beauty, food, coffee, spirits, and other categories.
About the RoleThis position calls for a team member who is passionate about Design at every level. The Designer will contribute to creative thinking from project initiation through completion of the final product, applying strategic insight and design systems. The Designer is on a path toward mastering their craft, working both independently and collaboratively, and must be a thoughtful, thorough member who delivers high‑quality work in line with client briefs.
ScopeThe role specializes in digital shelf and packaging design, brand systems, and content for CPG food and beverage, spirits & beer, health, personal care, retail, and more.
Responsibilities- Interpreting client briefs into successful and effective concepts that exceed client expectations.
- Visual problem‑solving and concept execution that is among the top tier in the industry.
- Contributing to team brainstorming.
- Building presentation decks that showcase work and ensuring accuracy.
- Presenting work internally with confidence.
- Managing multiple priorities and meeting pressing deadlines.
- Supporting colleagues and mentoring junior team members.
- Owning projects to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high‑quality work.
- Maintaining open dialogue with team members throughout the project life cycle.
- Participating in agency life and internal initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3‑6+ years of experience in packaging, digital and/or brand design.
- Expert fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Well‑rounded portfolio demonstrating typography, photography, illustration, presentation skills, sketching, and design methodology.
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with both iOS and Windows; fluency in Keynote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

CompensationThe U.S. pay range for this position is $35 – $40 per hour, adjusted based on location, experience, and other factors.
