• Lead ideation and concept development with clarity, creativity, and speed
• Create compelling, high‑level sketches and visual narratives that communicate ideas effectively
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring concepts to life
• Translate complex client needs into insight‑driven design solutions
• Deliver high‑quality work with precision, accountability, and momentum

• 2–5 years of professional industrial design experience
• Exceptional form development, aesthetics, and design sensibility
• Advanced proficiency in Solid Works, Key Shot, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong sketching and visualization skills, with the ability to communicate ideas quickly and clearly
• Experience with AI‑driven design tools and workflows
• Proven ability to collaborate, take direction, and elevate the work through iteration
• High degree of time management, reliability, and professionalism
