We are seeking a passionate and energetic Music, Dance, and Theatre Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong background in performing arts. This role involves creating and implementing engaging curriculum for children aged 0-5 years old to introduce them to the joy of music, dance, and theatre in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for music, dance, and theatre activities. Tailor lessons to meet the developmental needs and interests of each age group.
• Teach and lead daily classes, including music, dance, and theatre sessions. Utilize various teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure active participation.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression. Foster a love for the arts through interactive and hands-on activities.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Work closely with other daycare staff to integrate arts programming with other areas of the curriculum. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development of the daycare's programs.
• Lead and Ability to showcase Childrens' skills through performances to families in an annual show.
• Acting as supporting teacher in classrooms as and when needed by the school.
• Maintain open and regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and participation in the arts programs.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for all children. Follow all daycare policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music, Dance, Theatre, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience teaching music, dance, and/or theatre to young children. Experience in a daycare or early childhood education setting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of music, dance, and theatre techniques. Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Background check required.
