Senior Copywriter

Job Description

As a Senior Copywriter, you will

• Understand the basics of storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.
• Think conceptually and write for different media — social, digital, out‑of‑home, etc.
• Inspire clients and team members with beautifully crafted copy.
• Know what’s trending, what’s great work and the difference between the two.
• Collaborate with team members including strategy, account, tech and others.
• Have a strong work ethic and unremitting attention to detail.
• Know how to take feedback and build on it.

• A four-year degree and at least four years at a competitive creative agency.
• Tech‑savvy with a strong understanding of relevant technical terminology; experience in B2B environments preferred.
• Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
• Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem‑solving are even better.
• Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL
  · E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $ annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible for our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company offers medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.
