MrBeast is building the most influential creative studio on the planet. As Tik Tok Creative Lead, you will be responsible for how our brand shows up on one of the most culturally significant platforms in the world. You will bring an instinctive understanding of what makes content move on Tik Tok, and the creative conviction to make it happen at the highest level.

This is a rare opportunity for a creative who is truly native to the platform — someone who doesn't just follow Tik Tok culture, but understands how to shape it. You will work alongside a dedicated Social Analytics Lead and a world-class creative team, focusing exclusively on ideation and execution for Tik Tok.

You will own the creative output of MrBeast's Tik Tok presence — not the strategy, not the analytics, not the team structure. The creative. Your job is to generate ideas, pitch them with conviction, and see them through to execution. You will work fast, iterate constantly, and hold yourself to an exceptionally high bar.

The best Tik Tok creatives in the world know that what works on other platforms doesn't automatically work here. You will bring a point of view that is specific to Tik Tok — its culture, its rhythms, its audience — and translate that into content that feels native to the platform while being unmistakably MrBeast.

• Generate and pitch high-impact creative concepts for Tik Tok on a continuous basis.
• Collaborate closely with our Social Analytics Lead to translate platform intelligence into executable creative.
• Lead content from concept through production, working hands‑on to bring ideas to life.
• Stay obsessively current with Tik Tok culture, trends, sounds, and formats.
• Develop a deep understanding of the MrBeast brand and what makes content feel authentically Beast.
• Participate in regular creative reviews and after‑action analysis to sharpen output over time.
• Work cross‑functionally with creative, production, and social teams to bring concepts to execution.

• Genuine, platform‑native fluency on Tik Tok — you understand it from the inside, not from a brief.
• A proven creative track record making content that performs, whether for a brand, a creator, or yourself.
• Strong creative instincts and the confidence to pitch ideas with clarity and conviction.
• The ability to work at speed without sacrificing quality of thinking.
• Coachability, low ego, and a genuine hunger to operate at the highest level of creative.
• Comfort working in a high‑pressure, feedback‑rich environment where the standard is world‑class.
• Experience collaborating with creative and production teams to execute at scale.

This studio is based in Greenville, NC, where the full MrBeast creative team operates. Relocation is preferred. The pace and nature of this work demand proximity to the team, to production, and to Jimmy (MrBeast).

The base compensation ranges from $104,000 – $130,000
, plus employee equity plan grant, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
