Em & Me Studio is a Chicago-based design studio creating personalized pet accessories that blend thoughtful design with everyday functionality. We believe pet products can be both practical and beautiful, and we're on a mission to bring more personality, style, and creativity to an industry that often settles for ordinary.

Everything we create is designed and made in our Chicago studio, from our best-selling personalized pet tags to seasonal collections and limited-edition drops. Our products have been featured in homes across the country and are loved by a community of pet owners who see their pets as family.

We're a small but ambitious team that moves quickly, experiments often, and cares deeply about great design, storytelling, and building a brand people genuinely want to be part of. Social media plays a huge role in our growth, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands‑on experience shaping the creative voice of a growing consumer brand.

We’re looking for a highly creative, organized, internet‑obsessed Social Media Producer to help scale content output across our social channels.

This role is part producer, part creative strategist, part “how do we make this trend feel like us?” person.

You’ll help concept, plan, and execute social‑first content that increases brand visibility, follower growth, impressions, reach, engagement, and overall community excitement around the brand.

You should love internet culture, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and know how to turn ideas into actual content productions without chaos breaking loose five minutes in.

• Plan and organize social media content calendars
• Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas for Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms
• Research trends, audio, formats, and cultural moments
• Source and procure props, materials, wardrobe pieces, or production elements needed for shoots
• Help coordinate and manage content shoots in‑studio
• Manage workflows between editors, designers, photographers, and other creative partners
• Assist in scaling overall content output and production efficiency
• Help maintain a consistent visual and creative brand identity across platforms
• Brainstorm new recurring content series, creator‑style formats, and social experiments
• Track content performance and identify what’s driving engagement, reach, shares, saves, and follower growth
• Help turn big ideas into actual posted content instead of “we should totally do that someday”

• Deep understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, Reels, and internet culture
• Strong creative instincts and taste level
• Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces and deadlines
• Ability to communicate creative feedback clearly with editors and designers
• Someone who thinks in content moments, not just posts
• Experience with content production, creative coordination, or social media management is a plus
• Photography, video, editing, Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or design experience is a bonus
• Must be able to work in‑person at our Chicago studio 3 days per week
