This is a full-time, on-site Seamstress role based in Chicago, IL. The Seamstress will perform daily responsibilities including executing alterations such as hemming, taking in or letting out seams, adjusting bustles, customizing designs to achieve the desired fit and silhouette, and pressing of gowns. The role involves collaborating closely with consultants and the alterations team to ensure garments meet quality standards, timelines, and aesthetic expectations.

• Strong dressmaking and tailoring skills, including experience with formal wear and delicate fabrics.
• Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadline.
• Experience in bridal, luxury fashion, or high-end alterations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple garments at different stages, and work collaboratively in a boutique setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in fashion, sewing, or alterations is a plus.
