We are seeking experienced motion designers passionate about creating visually stunning content. Candidates should have agency experience, collaborate under tight deadlines, and be eager to expand our freelance network in Asia. This role involves working with a dynamic, international team on impactful projects, with many requiring full-time availability.
What You Bring- Training in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience with a proud portfolio and clear project roles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Cinema 4D, and interactive design tools like Sketch and Figma
- Strong organizational skills for managing files and collaboration
- A curious, fearless approach to problem-solving and storytelling through animation
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work across project stages and time zones in a remote environment
- Collaborate with a diverse, global team to create content and interactive experiences, from UI animations to storyboards, motion graphics, and 3D
- Apply your animation skills to solve creative problems strategically
- Work closely with design and development teams to produce engaging motion across screens
- Demonstrate passion for motion design and digital culture
- Produce high-quality work and be a collaborative team player
