Classical Ballet Dance Instructor Pre-Professional Levels

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Classical Ballet Instructor to join our Pre-Professional Program, dedicated to the instruction and progression of our Dancers. In this role, you will inspire students through expert instruction, innovative curriculum, and engaging classroom management. Your energy and expertise will foster a vibrant learning environment where the Dancers of CMDC can thrive and develop their technical skills.

• Implement comprehensive ballet curricula tailored to pre-professional Dancers, emphasizing technique, Artistry, and performance skills
• Deliver engaging ballet classes that incorporate proper classroom management and behavior guidance to motivate students of varying ages and skill levels
• Provide constructive feedback to help Dancers improve their dancing techniques and stage presence
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all Dancers
• Incorporate choreography into lessons to enhance students’ overall Artistic development

• Proven experience in teaching ballet at a pre-professional or advanced level with classroom experience in Dance instruction
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies
• Ability to motivate students through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques
• Skills in stage performance are advantageous; experience in dancing or choreography is essential
