Shinesty is seeking a Paid Creative Producer to create weekly video, stills, and ads across paid channels. You’ll source UGC, direct shoots, and leverage AI tools to accelerate production.
You’ll translate trends into bold, on-brand content and own experimentation from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and editors, writing scripts and ad copy in Shinesty's voice while balancing performance and audience needs.
